RICS Homebuyer Report
Homebuyer Report ( RICS Level 2)

The Homebuyer Survey Report is a visual inspection of the property to evaluate the overall condition of the building, and highlight any obvious defects. The report will help the buyer make a reasoned and informed judgement on whether or not to proceed with the purchase. The Homebuyer Report will identify any risks, explain the nature of the problems and explain how (the client) may resolve or reduce any risks. If the property is leasehold, the surveyor provides general advice and details of questions you should ask your Legal Advisers.
